  • We ship to various countries worldwide, including the United States, North America, Latin America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania.
  • Some remote regions or countries may have shipping restrictions. If your address falls outside our delivery zones, we will contact you immediately to provide alternatives.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • During busy periods (such as promotions and holidays), processing times may extend to up to 5 business days.




3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options for international destinations, including the United States:




3.1 Standard Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7 to 15 business days (depending on the destination).
  • Economical shipping with tracking.

 


3.2 Express Shipping:

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days.
  • Recommended for urgent or time-sensitive orders.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as customs delays, weather conditions, or shipping disruptions.



4. Order Tracking

  • After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking code and a link to monitor your order’s progress.
  • You can track the status of your order directly on the designated carrier’s website.



5. Shipping Costs

  • The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the package’s weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over  $100 USD, depending on the location.



6. Incorrect Delivery Address


  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of purchase.
  • If the provided address is incorrect and the order is returned, we can reship it after the customer pays the additional shipping fee.

7. Shipping Issues


7.1 Lost or Delayed Orders

  • After confirmation with the carrier, we will provide either a replacement or a full refund.



7.2 Damaged Orders

  • We will evaluate your case and, if approved, offer a free replacement or a full refund.


8. Order Changes

  • Requests to change the shipping address or shipping method must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed, no changes can be made.
